Please Note: Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement—simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Event Changes

In the event of a change to the date, time, or location of our scheduled event due to unforeseen circumstances, we do not issue refunds. Instead, your payment will be credited toward the rescheduled event or any future event of your choice hosted by us. This ensures you retain the full value of your purchase.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for your custom design to be created, finalized, and prepared for shipping. Q✨ "ity takes time, and we want everything to be perfect for you!

Shipping Time

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped with care. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once production has started.

Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, please send a clear photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. A partial refund (a percentage of your total) or a replacement item will be issued after review.

All digital files — including SVGs, templates, and downloadable content — are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

Please Note:

  • Files are for personal and product use only (creating physical items for yourself or your customers).
  • Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital files in any form is strictly prohibited.
  • You may not sell, modify, or claim the design as your own.
